Surprising game developing in Jervey

I had left this volleyball team completely for dead at 0-8 in conference play, but somehow they’re actually giving #5 Stanford a game. Clemson took the first set 27-25. Stanford came back to win set two decisively, 25-18. Clemson led for most of the third set, and the Tigers had a 24-22 lead with match point, needing just one more point to go up 2 sets to 1. Crushingly, the Cardinal came back to ###### the set away, winning 28-26. That’s a brutal missed opportunity, and Stanford is still probably going to win this game regardless. But this is a game I wasn’t even paying attention to because I fully expected it to be a quick and easy “3-and-out” for Stanford. The 4th set is live on ACCNX.
