Have you seen our recruiting momentum lately?

Obviously we have money to offer to players

we have it but prefer to spread it around rather than bet the house on one guy. I prefer this method. It’s out of control what they are paying these unproven guys base off potential. Most prove themselves but we had seen a few bustin my day. “Show Me The Money” mentality

Oregon, USC, OH State, U of MI, U of TX, aTm, probably Miami could pay $50,000,000 per year in NIL money without having to breathe hard.

Clemson simply does not inhabit that same orbit.

Totally agree w OP….we have plenty of money. Last time I checked we are still paying dabo $11.5m a year. If we can pay him that much we can darn sure pay the big time recruits..,🤷‍♂️

We dont have the NIL money bigger schools have, its facts and thats

It’s about success just as much

You need to realize that the actual results on the field still holds weight.

For many recruits, no. I understand that.

Bryce P-W did what was best for him. I’m not going to have any opinion anyways. Not my life.

But Dabo wins a championship, or even a deep playoff run, recruiting is going to accelerate more.

We’re still on the ride back up.

Making the playoff last year, and retention of the roster for this season, it appears to be looking promising.

If Clemson shows it can push through elite teams like it used to, those recruits will see things differently.

This should be obvious

Coots disguised as Tigers on here have Short man or Napoleon Complex. They don't want us to succeed. They have a "Woe is us, Po lil Ole Clemson" mentality!

We have top 15 money maybe not Top 5. That said NIL pay for play is still against the rules. Revenue sharing can be used for recruiting with a reference to how much current players make in NIL. That isn’t the same as illegally agreeing to pay millions in NIL upfront.

Revenue sharing is helping us compete in the market. It’s not going to keep others from offering top players huge sums until the NIL reviews start shutting it down.
