It will be interesting to see how long collectives will be able to have that kind of money. Circumstances change, the economy goes up and down, big donors die and on and on. It would make no sense for a school to spend all they get and not stockpile money to use in future years. Into everyone's life a little rain falls so this is going to be interesting.
