known as Jim Phillips) extended the GOR without checking in with the ACC members? If so, the GOR should hold no teeth since it was used not in good faith for the good of the conference members.

Swofford is no clown when it comes to making money. He and his son became millionaires riding the backs of the ACC. A lawsuit should be filed against both of them.

This is not accurate. Read my thread down below for the break down. Phillip’s didn’t extend the GOR. The schools did. Phillip’s didn’t even extend the espn media agreement. That hasn’t even been done yet. Phillip’s extended the deadline for which espn has to extend the media agreement.

Swofford awarded TV rights to the company his son is employed by. If you don't have a problem with that, you should be working in D.C.

That was after he admitted BC to the ACC while his son worked there in the Ath Dept. But nothing to see here.
