Sadly for me..it's going to be getting my 37' 5th Wheel (that's been in back yard and used last 3 years as an office and hide-out) readied to be towed by friend with truck 7 miles to a storage facility so the back yard looks respectable again.

Temp in SAV, Ga will be 86*~

About 25 min from me is a state park with dunes, trails, and a great beach. Is already 83 so will see how long we will spend on non beach activities. Even though the winters get shorter and warmer up here - still gotta make the most of the summers.

Warren Dunes State Park stock photos. I miss the the coasts of the Southeast and the smell of the salt - but this will do for now.

Since Realtor Father-in-Law & partner at Roy E Turner Real Estate Co in G'ville had rookie me there with brochures & coffee cake.

Later acquired my Brokers license and didn't take the Open House gig sitting down! Ha..

Roy had been SR VP of the residential real estate dept at The Furman Co for a zillion years and upon retiring at 67 he started his own 2-person firm down on Cleveland street opp old Furman Univ stadium in a building I had leased for years.

Believe it or not Roy personally persuaded C Dan Joyner to not give up in real estate and many years later (1985+) Dan had largest firm going for many years in G'ville!

I’ve been on “Grandpa Duty” since this morning! My buddy and I have been to the Dragon Park, then to the Splash pad . . . then he wanted a warm bath . . . after washing his hair and letting him enjoy a warm playtime we are now relaxing in my Bride’s old bedroom upstairs . . . Him on his iPad me in my phone.

Have just been informed it’s snack time!!
