We've all seen what it takes to be an elite program. National championships, CFP appearances, ACC championships...

Seriously, that's a very high standard to reach. The program right now just isn't there. You can see the lack of depth and elite players. There are plenty of great ones, but building to that 2015-2019 standard means you have to be where Georgia is. And from what I can see is, they are closer to the NC St level program.

What happens next? What do you change to get back there?
