RB vs. Texas

** Preface: I am a huge Mafah fan and this is not a knock at him at all. **

Our offense will be more effective if Mafah can’t play. I refuse to believe that we don’t have a back that’s better than 60% Mafah.

I would love for Mafah to be healthy by next Saturday, I just don’t see it.

If Mafah is healthy, he will play and that is great. But if he is any version of himself the last 4-5 games, then he needs to sit. Running out of bounds and avoiding contact is hurting the whole team. If he is hurt, then he is hurt. I surely hope he wasn't doing this to protect himself for the draft but I doubt that's the case as he has been hurting his stock.

In no way do I think he’s faking an injury. I believe his shoulder is really messed up and will most likely get surgery at the end of the year.

The Mafah we've seen those past several games should have already gone in for surgery!!!

And will hurt us way more than his avoiding contact and running out of bounds. Our RB pass game is a huge part of our offense.

Mafah won’t be healthy, he hasn’t been healthy most of the year. When he is healthy he is awesome

True. I watched the UK game again today.

Totally different RB.

Hopefully EZ can step up and force them to honor our running game.

We don't have a 60% Mafah now...maybe 35%.¡

A 60% Mafah is a RB that tries to avoid heavy contact without taking on tacklers with full force at full speed ahead, that's not the Mafah that we need. We need the Mafah that has been one of if not the best RB in the country. That is the Mafah that we need at the RB position when we play any of the better teams in college FB. A 100% full strength, full speed ahead running over people is the Mafah that our team desperately needs playing against Texass, but if we're not going to have that Mafah ready to go at 100%, we truly need to find a few RBs that could help us out bc a 100% Mafah don't come around that often....
