When I was at Clemson many years ago Coach Howard has a student body try out. Any chance that could happen this week? Of course, that is assuming that our current punter is the best on the team since he has not been beaten out. Can't decide which I like better ..... the low tumbling 35 yard returnable line drives or the high spiraling punts from our own 45 that pins the opponent back behind their 40 yard line. Punting certainly has not been a weapon for us the past number of years. Funny though, our same punter kicked fairly well last year after a couple of not-so-good years. What happened?

Swanson's regression from last season is the biggest mystery to me of all of our areas for improvement. He won us 1-2 games last year by consistently pinning the opponent inside the 20 and flipping the field.

Should be first place Dabo uses portal. A lot of smaller schools have good punter

I’m sure Aiden is a great young man and wish him the best, but his punting for every year, except 2023, has been pretty lacking. I have no idea why he has regressed since last year.

The problem here is there’s another punter on scholarship not as good. Two punters on scholarship is bad roster management. That 25 yard punt in the 4 th quarter was awful
