With all the “how many years til Dabo leaves” and all the portal complainers…..

I just wanted to tell Tnet that I brought my wife and daughter to Marco Island yesterday, and life feels grand right now. I’m absolutely loving it, and I hope everyone is having a great Summer!

P.S. Playing golf at The Rookery tomorrow in a little tournament, I’ll try to represent Clemson well!

I have never been to Marco Island but have thought about going. What is the vibe in terms of a tourist town or party town or old people town?

This is my first time here. The local (if you can call it that) place we went to is awesome. Beach vibe, live music. It’s called the Snook Inn. Most of the locals must be snow birds.

All in all, it’s been a pretty much laid back beach vibe the whole time. I don’t think I’ve met a true local yet though
