Well I got some questions about this 80%?
I have a bunch of tattoos but do they count? They are dots tattoed all over my chest and torso so radiologist knew where to focus radiation treatments. I could be a 90%'er.
But also what if you failed a class (Organic Chem) by grade score but got a 'C or C+' because of the Bell Curve?
I guess I'm an **80%'er

If I would have saw it, I would have scored 90, the only one that I haven't happen, tried. or done is snow skiing. If I would have been raised in an area where it snowed a lot, I would have tried that also... I failed the 1st grade, but after the whipping I got for the note the teacher wrote on my report card, He will not pay attention in class, I didn't fail another one!!!
I guess I'm still not paying attention, I scored 90 on this one

90 for me. I think. Failed calculus my freshman year at Clemson. (Took it at USuC following summer and made an A 🙄). BUT that year Clemson offered a forgivable F do it didn’t count against my gpa. So 80?

I was a Bus Mgt major but enjoyed math. My junior year I had taken Calculus 1,2,3 with good success. Note I only needed C1 for my major. I decided to keep the good times rolling and took the next level. It was a T-Th class with all math majors and me. First two weeks were fine but on class #5, the professor started speaking in tongues. Looking around, I could tell I was the only one with a face of looking full panic mode.
Drop-Add had finished after class #4.
I went to the professor after class and explained I had reached my math pinnacle at Class 4 and would screw up the curve with what would assuredly be a zero on every tests. He graciously made a call and I got to drop the class. Ironically, I made Deans List that semester.
There were numerous lessons to take from this but I'm 63 and this event has stayed with me since it happened like it was yesterday. I have tried to remember that everyone needs some undeserved grace at times.
