Then those must be lefty kook propaganda because there are videos that clearly show the insurrectionists fighting with law enforcement and attempting to force their way into a facility they didn't have any authority to enter. Wonder why left wing trash are suddenly ok with such behavior?

Only congressmen (but not mayors) are legally entitled to enter ICE facilities

That is why ICE was behaving in a categorically legal manner when detaining the (not invited by ICE) mayor of Newark for trying to bully his way into the ICE illegal immigrant detainment facility.

The congressional reps, in the other hand, had the authority to enter the ICE facility without needing any permission from ICE officials.
