out of the NFL. Just got cut by the CLEVELAND BROWNS, after already being let go by the Chiefs, after he was traded there from the Giants. This guy was a former 1st round pick, but his head just doesn't seem to be screwed on anywhere near straight.

He jawed at a Steelers player, threw the ball at him, earning a 15 yard penalty on a punt return, and then later MUFFED a punt for a turnover. Man, you gotta be pretty bad to get cut from the BROWNS these days. But I suspect, somebody will still see that old word "potential", and Toney will get at least one or two more chances.

If Hannibal Lector could run a 4.4 the NFL would say he had an eating disorder.

People will always look past maturity and personal conduct issues as long as they think they can make a dollar off of them.
