Exactly. I wonder why they aren't stepping it up. They do have the 17th ranked class, but no big time players.

I’m always more interested in the class results after four years. So many Roscoe Crosby’s and so many Isaiah Simmons can make a 5* or 3* class look completely different after four years.

SMU may have gotten exactly what they wanted/needed. I think that’s a better measure of recruiting success. Take chicken little for example, what did they really gain by adding Air Noland?! Controversy.

It all comes back to NCAA's fault. Back when they banned SMU, they would give stiff penalties for a coach buying a kid a hamburger. Had they acted more human back then, it would not be a free-for-all now.
