I was listening to Morgan Thomas on 105.5 tonight

He was talking about how bad the defense played against Virginia and if it doesn’t improve we will lose to someone on our remaining schedule.
My question is did he even watch the Clemson Virginia game Saturday. Did he notice that the defense had dominated Virginia until Dabo put the 3rd and 4th string defense in to get experience.
Then he questioned if the defense in the 4th quarter was really the 3’s and 4’s.
I used to think he knew something about sports but he changed my mind tonight.

Morgan is a CU Grad, an ex-Marine I believe and has more to do at primary job than to be a traitor, pos or idiot.
He may be off about subs causing D to look so bad but the truth they are lowering our D’s overall natiinal rating immensely.

He's just not using ALL CAPS because it was almost 9:30 and he wasn't stealing from his employer at that time. He uses ALL CAPS because he's a draftsman and is playing on the internet while getting paid to work.

The 1st Quarter wasn't pretty--no denying that. But after that, the defense adjusted and we pretty much shut the Hoos down. I would disagree with his assessment. There are some things to clean up, but nothing that would prevent us from making the CFP this year.

Yes, I did feel like maybe I was too harsh on the defense...but I DID say that back in the day Ben Boulware would hold the 3rd string to the SAME standards as the 1st string.

They know they can get ears, eyes and clicks on the internet no matter what they say if they say it with confidence.
If they were half as good at evaluating teams, players and coaches they'd be working as scouts and agents where they could make more money and spend more time fishing.

The first quarter of games the defense hasn’t started strong. Most offenses move the ball pretty well in the first quarter and even a little in the second. The second half is when our D seems to show up.
The D isn’t that great this year honestly when you look at the competition we’ve faced.
