This guy was pretty highly sought after and did a great job with the Bucs. More importantly, the GM is gone. Maybe things can finally turn around for the Jags now...

The best thing that could happen to him is going to another franchise.

He's getting the Baker Mayfield treatment and is expected to learn a new system every year.

Kid is toast if he remains a Jaguar.

Sure hope you are right. The Jags organization has some serious issues. Hopefully, they will land a first-rate GM and he will begin wheeling and dealing. They've got to get the OL fixed quickly.

We're happy here in JAX that Baalke is gone...and maybe a little sheepish at the way this all went down.

But hey...I think the vast majority wanted to see them both gone, so mission accomplished!

Yeah, seems like the new coach said I'll come if he's gone. Nevertheless, he's gone.

I am not convinced that the owner is not the problem. That's why I don't have much hope for Carolina.
