It wasn't a criticism of our guys at all. I just like Greathouse and think he's a good player who could have helped us, especially since he and Cade built a good connection in high school.
I'm not sure why some of you seem to be mad about this. LOL.

Our 2024 WR class was special. There were several elite possibilities (outside of Greathouse) that we could not pull the trigger on due to all three slots already being filled.

The truth is, you don't give a hoot how good Greathouse is. This is just another immature troll to get a dig in to Dabo and the football program. I am as big a basketball fan as you are, who also happens to like Brownell, but even if I didn't I would never make these kind of posts about him or his program. Neither you nor I know why the young man wasn't recruited here and why we could or could not have gotten him.

There have been rumors about him not wanting to workout for us, so if there were concerns from our staff then I trust their judgment.
Nonetheless, he is talented and I believe he could've made a nice difference for us.
I really like our young wide receivers, it's not a criticism of them at all.

So if you hear these rumors then why make the post? OR here is a thought, do some research then make a post about why Greathouse didn't CHOOSE Clemson, when his HS QB was our number one priority. We got DJU and Beaux why didnt we get Greathouse and Cade?? Who knows and at this point it don't matter.

We didn't even offer Greathouse. He didn't "not choose" Clemson...he wasn't given the choice.
Tons of top schools didn't offer him.

I watched the Texas state championship game Cade’s senior year and commented several times that Cade would not have been as good as he was in that game if it wasn’t for Greathouse. It reminded me of DW4 throwing to Williams and Co. Deshaun wasn’t the most accurate passer, but if he put it in the area they would go get it. A lot of Cade’s passes in that game were thrown up for grabs and Greathouse went up and got all of them. I would have really liked to have gotten both of them.
