Doesn’t matter because that team last night gets absolutely stomped by the coots. Seniors are going to check out and the guys hitting the portal are going to make business decisions

I'm taking last night as just a bad night for our guys.

People can pick it to death but sometimes it's just not your night. A whole lot went in Louisville's favor and they capitalized - hats off to them. That's what happens when you play a team that has playmakers and experienced dudes.

We may very well lose more but I'm always in favor of letting the games play instead of assuming the sky is falling and that we're dog #### because of one game and many posters wanting to have their moment in the sun of being like "I told you so" just to disappear if we start winning again.

Think back to last year when we were 4-4. Folks claiming FOR SURE we'd struggle to make it to 6-6. Turned out okay. Doesn't guarantee anything this year of course but again...let the games play out and see what happens.

If it turns out bad - well, I'll still be watching and hope things change in our favor this offseason. Nothing I'll be able to do personally to change things.

If things go well - hey, next year may be the year we can be a true contender.

8-4. I think we lose to either pitt or vpi. And lose the last game of the season.

Class of ‘71. Went through “rat season” and glad I did.


Pitt and VT also had demoralizing losses
