on the Sporting News post that had a link to the clip on X/Twitter

I'm thinking the guy had a few too many to drink and may have just forgotten how high up he was or who knows what, but yeah, definitely looks intentional, if I didn't know better. Does not look like an innocent, accidental tumble. Both hands grabbed the rail, he pulled himself up and just kept going.
