NIL was forced upon the NCAA by the Supreme Court of the United States.
The court said that these ncaa football teams are a business. And businesses are not allowed to collude with each other to keep wages low

I've worked in shipping/receiving for 10 years, and I cam safely say that fedex is the WORST freight carrier I have ever used. We stopped using them years ago with the exception of one of our bigger customers who insists we use them. But generally if they have no preference it's ups or southeastern. Anyways, screw fedex

I also work with a company that uses FedEx as its priority shipper. The only thing FedEx is consistent at is being inconsistent with good service. We ship a lot of next day air packages which may or may not arrive the next day. FedEx no longer guarantees their next day delivery, so we no longer receive any refunds for their ridiculous next day air charges.

Nothing I’ll lose sleep over.
USPS loses my packages and UPS delivers them damaged. FedEx is the only one I can depend on. Guess I’m the odd man out lol

Just got some bedding from a department store delivered by UPS yesterday. Package was filthy, footprints all over it and some of it was hanging out of the package where it had ripped.
