its actually become very weird.....i mean its been this way for 15 years probably but i noticed in the last 10 and especially the last 5....ESPN will just openly root for anything SEC via the broadcast team, they run huge headlines for how many SEC teams get in for baseball and basketball.....and quite frankly i also believe they actively "hide" SEC failures in real time.......what i mean by that is if you ever go to the ESPN website to checks scores on the top page ticker you'll notice when you scroll they only have about 8 games scores you have to click "show all scores" to get the full scoreboard. I cant tell you how many times i've done that and found all the magically non featured scores featured an SEC team loss.
