The C2 lot is closed officially now as that's the spot chosen for the new campus parking deck. Once the deck is done that should help a ton in terms of added parking for campus in general as well as football days.

THAT being said until it's finished all of the people who would usually park in C2 will have to park elsewhere. So that squeezes an already not great parking situation. Plus it's just more campus construction to drive around.

It will probably improve traffic as it pushes more people to edges like scm etc

Also Lots 20 and 21 were eliminated due to parking garage construction.
