Their 20th season just started a few weeks ago and they already have some great auditions. I’m a fan of the show. So I was just wondering if anyone on here is a fan of AGT as well.

Btw Here’s an audition from this year of a military vet singing a heartfelt cover of Pink Pony Club. I think he did really well.

Well Mel B is actually back this season. Though Heidi left to focus on hosting another show. So I guess Mel B took her place.

Not anymore it’s terrible. O haven’t watched since that young black choir from Michigan won. They weren’t even good enough to make the judge cuts but they did because they’re minorities and blah blah blah. The show is about non Americans that have talent and sob stories. It’s not about actual talent

Yea I kinda get what you’re saying. Though there are other acts on that show that are good that balances it out for me. But yea some of the acts that they put through does sometimes frustrate me. Like for instance on Britons Got Talent this year there was a group of people with autism and Down syndrome that was in a choir that auditioned. They were ok at singing but they weren’t great. They ended up getting the golden buzzer. Which I was annoyed at because they didn’t deserve that from a talent stand point. It was obvious that they only got the golden buzzer because the judges felt bad for them.

Now don’t get me wrong I do think that this choir group is pretty decent but I think they are bettor off preforming for charity’s or small events. Now I may have been ok if they just made it to the next round (they prob would have been eliminated in the next round anyways) but no they got the golden buzzer and went straight to the finals.

I'm a pretty big fan of AGT but often forget to watch. I've been watching sporadically since it's first year.
