With once a Tiger always a Tiger, DK giving back to his hometown, it has inspired me to do the same for Easley. I will be holding a free community seminar Saturday and Sunday at Brice Field from 12-4PM. Parking is $50 per car. It will be hot so I will be selling Sams bottled waters for $9 each. No coolers please. Topics to include:

1. How to build a 100 unit apartment complex on 1/3 acre (breakout session - building 200 home community on 5 acres in 60 days)
2. Joes or the Huddle, Pete's or Skins?
3. Why we built our high school on an overused 2 lane road in someone else's school district.

Your costs seem fair to me. However, due to inflation, I'm broke and will not attend.

Are you planning on selling the DVR on ebay or Amazon?

Yes. Thank you for asking.

Look for it on Netflix in the fall.

Do not try and obtain a bootleg copy from cellphone video. My security team will be confiscating all cell phones upon entry. Paper and pen will be available for purchase for those wanting to take notes. The cost is $25 for note taking materials.
