the least number of homes without power compared to GA, SC and NC. Not diminishing the disaster in the big bend area by any stretch.

Was on shore in Florida for about 50-60 miles before hittin GA, just south of Valdosta. Draw a strip 60 miles wide with that line in the center. There is no other section of the state anywhere with a population that low.

Pliable. The upstate doesn't get really high winds or ice often so lots of trees to knock over.
