Crazy that the media is actually "overrating" our basketball team.

Usually the media under ranks us, but we are ranked #11 and will be Top 10 with a win on Saturday. Meanwhile, the NET has us at 22...which is a 5 seed.

The committee typically goes by NET instead of AP rankings, which is usually good for Clemson basketball. This year, the AP rankings would have us at a 3 seed and borderline 2 seed!!

Actually it is some where right down the middle of polls and NET, and some Kenpom ratings. Look at Illinois. They are going to be no where close to a 7 seed but have a better NET than that. Again, look at JBR Bracketology on Twitter. He is better than Lunardi. If Clemson wins the regular season final he has them finishing as a 4th seed.

UGA as a 10 and Vanderbilt as a 9 is ridiculous.

I don't care how tough your conference is, you still actually have to win games.

UGA is 7-10 in conference.
Vanderbilt is 8-9 in conference.

There is nothing about that that says you should be seeded that high, if in the tournament at all.

Not sure the committee goes by net rankings. They have left out teams in the top 30 before. They use everything and their own minds.
