After all the hype. Gonna be the most dull one in several years.

Yeah the LSU guy pitched well yesterday but 1-0 is never that great. And today was ruined in the 1st inning

You have to give Coastal a lot of credit. You realize they are doing what they are doing without the resources or financial help that LSU has available to them. There’s no telling how much more NIL funds LSU has at their disposal than Coastal. No one in the SEC puts as much money into their baseball program as LSU not even Florida or Tennessee. I read an article that said with the house settlement moving forward LSU is expected to spend upwards of 14 million dollars a season on their baseball program. So it’s it really a surprise that they are constantly in the CWS. They should be.

Definitely this year the best team money can buy. Their 3rd baseman looks 30 y/o as do others.

Have to wonder if coach was in, he'd have gone to the pen earlier in the 4 run inning.

Pitching coach wasn’t thrown out. Sometimes you just aren’t as good. It was a fun run, I even enjoyed wearing orange for the Clemson loss in Conway. Bummer of an ending for sure.

Coastal ran into a buzz saw with LSU. They were ready. Teams in the regionals and supers weren’t taking CCU seriously, but LSU was licking their chops after a big series win against Arky. They had more momentum, especially after ystrdy win.
