I can't stop. King oscar, wild planet, beach cliff, season brand.... someone please scare me straight or else I'm afraid I will eat so many sardines that I'll become one myself.

Know that sardines are a purine so limit intake.

Oh, i also eat Avocados for good fat.

Or regular olive oil vs other oils like soy or water.
That of course raises the price per can but worth it.

I always go with olive oil, never soybean oil. My joints feel good so I'm not too worried about the purines and gout.

End the meal with a few pieces of pineapple or apple and it cuts the fishyness completely

Break sardines up and mix into a salad. I have done this for years. A sleeve of saltines goes with it very well. Won't get a kiss though.
