An NIL tax and agent observation

So a player has the agent negotiate his NIL. Lets say the agent gets 10% of the NIL. That would then be deductable on the players income tax since it is a business expense "required" to get that income wouldn't it?


Assuming players generally use the same agents the NFL and other pro league players us then the agents suddenly had their market of talent to help increase markedly with NIL. Boom times for them

Agent fees are not tax deductible.
