#23 Murray State wins again...

Was trailing the whole game on the road until Murray State turned it up late against their best competition Morehead State. 24-2 and most wins in college basketball. Matt McMahon is a hell of a coach and would do great here one day, soon hopefully...

Agree, from TN played at App State.. Knows area. has two guys in the NBA Ja Morant & Cameron Payne. Morant is a Clemson Football fan from SC. He would help get highly regarded recruits here. Kids are going to listen to a NBA star. Also Matt's wife played at Furman so they know the area well..

Good basketball coaches come from TN. Look at Steve Forbes at Wake now. Also hall of famer Jim Davis is from TN. He could be our Jim Davis for mbb.

Lol. They would beat most of the ACC teams this season. I think they are a big Cinderella to get to the sweet sixteen this season. Have three or 4 guys who would start for a lot of teams in all the power leagues including Tevin Brown.

First time watching them. Stylistically, they seemed similar to an NBA style. Not many sets or exotic defensive calls. On offense, they switched between 2 or 1 in based on personnel. Simple screen roll or rotate and dump with post alternating H/L on the rotation. They called plays off of TOs. On defense, it was mostly man to man with natural help.

They seemed a little hectic on defense when Moorehead ran something different. On offense they seemed very calm almost prowling for the opportunity to strike.

It seemed as they were the more talented team. Whether that is recruiting or the style unleashing guys to make plays.
