SEC and B1G bias crap. When you get a dozen in, your money goes way up. Plus your percentage of more teams means a better chance to advance. Still think acc gets 4 in. Still think we'll land a 4 seed. That said, I hope like he!! that both those conferences choke in the first round.
Would love to see at least 3 acc teams in sweet 16. Let's see what the narrative is then!!! Go Tigers. Final 4 or bust.

He just úpdated that. This morning they were a 4 seed. Again, Lunardi is not very good anymore. Bracket Matrix still has the Tigers as a 4. Go by that.

Bracketmatrix and Lunardi are aligned. Lunardi has us as the top #5, the consensus on bracketmatrix is we are the bottom #4. That is splitting hairs. There are 25+ other bracket predictors that also have Arizona ahead of us.

But we went what... 2-14 as a conference against them. Like it or not, our conferences play against other conferences plays a big factor in how well we are perceived. 2-14 is not a bias... it was an on the court thrashing.
That makes all the schools in our conference look worse, and therefore, the quad rankings are all effected. If half the ACC teams won, it would make our wins (or losses) look better.

Whoever made the schedule was not doing the ACC any favors. I'm guessing that the schedule is made far in advance and it just did not work out for the ACC. It also did not help that the league seems to be a down year.

Same as last year. SEC had I believe 10 or 11 in. We had 4 or 5 if you count Virginia in the play in game. But Elite 8 we had 3 remaining and SEC had 2 remaining. And 2 of ours, Duke and NC State, had to play each other. With the sheer volume of invites they get, you'd expect a few more getting further. Or at least it should be telling that they were operated. Yet here we are again and the powers that be are doubling down and inviting a few more. I hope we repeat last year and prove our 3 or 4 can go deep in the tournament.

It wasn't so much moving us down as it was moving Arizona up. They beat Kansas by double-digits yesterday and have a much stronger NET than we do. He slid them up to a 4 which bumped us to a 5.

There are about 100 of the consolidated bracketologists that have them as a 3. I’d guess it’s because of their 11 Quad1 wins. Only 2 teams have more than that.
