It is a known scientific phenomenon that groups of women, when living and poasting in close proximity to each other, will begin to synchronize their periods and menstruate together as one unhappy family.
Perhaps this is the most logical explanation for all of the panic and meltdown that has captured the soul of tigernet over the past week.
Also, in an effort to live healthier and trim some excess poundage, a number of tnetters have gone dairy-free and are instead consuming vast quantities of soy milk, which is to say that some among us might be more emotionally unstable than previously thought... tread carefully amigo

i was thinking about going to Soy milk from my Almond milk (got off Cows Milk a year ago due to sugar & fat in it)..
but now I understand clearly what that Soy milk move could do to this crispy warrior! TIA.

folks to stop fearing fat! And soy and almond extract have virtually no protein. Since I went on a low carb diet four months ago, I've eaten more higher fat meats like hamburger, pork ribs and chicken wings, than I have in a long time, and I've lost 30 pounds. Your body needs plenty of fat to help metabolize the protein. Probably 70% of my caloric intake comes from fat!
Fat does not make you fat! Sugar and starchy carbs, which immediately turn to sugar, make you fat! If you want to improve your diet, cut out the ultra-processed junk that comes in bags and boxes!

Longtall, that sounds like the Atkins diet.A friend of mine got
on that meat etc and he did lose weight but his cholesterol went
the roof.

couldn't sell soy juice, so they called it soy milk. Because anytime you say "soy juice"... you actually start to gag. And we all know there's no such thing as soy milk because there's no soy titty, is there?
