They're not handling the loss correctly. Whining and complaining when they ought to be fixing the mistakes they made. That just means we'll make it 5-0 next time we see them. I don't think this narrative bears repeating anymore; it hasn't changed at all since the hours following the game.

Yes Sir, and as I'm bias when it comes to Clemson, but I do believe that the best team won that game. Every team has injuries that start happening in fall ball, and some guys completely heal, and some play through the season with their nagging injuries. But the facts about college FB is, is that you have to play your healthiest players, and some of those have been playing through injuries all season long, and Clemson isn't a team that brings completely healthy players to every game, I wish we were privy to that dream, but we're not, and I believe that the best FB team won the 2019 Fiesta Bowl, and a pretty good team lost. Live with and deal with it bc they can't in anyway change it, and it makes them look to be the cry babies they are, and proving to the country that they are. They didn't just start whining and crying about losing with a ton of excuses, their history is of them doing the same every time they lose. It's a Yankee Thing, they just can't handle the truth!!! Go Tigers!!!

I'm proud of myself for coming up with these nicknames. Pass them along. I'd like to see them catch on nationwide. They earned it.

Clemson had TDs taken away last season also, but we won those games. and OSU just let it be their excuse for not winning. The better teams over come and play better!!!

If he had caught either of two lollipop tosses from his QB, they would have won.
But he didn't.
Neither did his team.
As a wise man said, the better team ...executes.

coach that has griped about our loss to LSU.
These OSU nuts are the two lesser-known dwarves, Whiny and Gripey. The OSU fans, players, and coaches need to quit being sniveling, little entitled princesses, act like men, and learn from the mistakes.
We not only own them in football record but in character and integrity, as well.

Ho Hum, another Clemson win over Ohio State
Feb 26, 2020, 5:52 PM
|
|
Going back to the bowl game that came at the end of the 2013 season, Ohio State has lost 9 games.
The Buckeyes lost 3 times to Clemson. The Buckeyes lost 1 time to NCSU The Buckeyes lost 1 time to Oklahoma. The Buckeyes lost 4 times to Big Ten teams.
You would think the average Buckeye fan, player or coach would KNOW that their first win ever over Clemson will be a huge breakthrough win for them. You would think that every time Ohio State plays outside the Big Ten they should know they have a lot better chance of losing that when they play inside their own league.
But Buckeye fans, players and coaches always seem completely surprised every time Clemson kicks their butt. The Buckeyes are not quick learners.
I don't want to play Ohio State again. I'd hope to get a match with one of the other big guys in that league. Penn State? Michigan? Michigan State? Nebraska? When we play one of those teams, their fans, players and coaches are going to come into the game supremely confident they are better than our Tigers because they play in the Big Ten.
I love it.
Go Tigers!!

I was surprised at how good the Buckeye announcers were. They called it as it was. Too bad some OSU payers, and especially the head coach, were such poor losers. Let the loss eat them for another 10 months and they can feel the burn again... if they make the playoff.

I will say this for Dobbins:
Feb 26, 2020, 8:35 PM
|
|
He is one heck of a football player and is going to be a great pro. He's one of the best I've ever seen. He also showed tremendous sportsmanship after the game going out of his way to shake hands with many Clemson players. Having said that, one team went 94 yards in 4 plays to win the game, the other threw a pick. One team jumped out to a 16-0 lead, while the other finished the game on a 29-7 run.

Assuming a healthy Dobbins would have continued his production average for the rest of the game, it intellectually honesty exists, he is correct. OSU would have won. However is is a sad game to play if and buts.
