Here's how Nuk should announce he's going pro.

|
|
He should have a face to face meeting with Marquez North this weekend, look him in the eye and say “I’m forgoing my senior year and entering the 2013 NFL Draft." Toss him his jersey and say "You might need this next year."

Buffalo. Hope he gets drafted high, but by a team with promise, and the Panthers ain't it.

They won 5 of their last 6. They were 1-7 in games decided by 7 or less this year.
They are not nearly as bad as you are making them out to be.

instead of being out of it by the third quarter like the Bills. In all seriousness, whereever he goes, hopefully he gets a chance to contribute and has management/coaches that know what to do with him.

Wow you completely missed the point... You think maybe a great receiver not named Steve Smith might have helped them win some of those 7?

found a way to win those with Nuk. I think they still would have blown it another way. They suck and frankly, are just a real hard franchise to get behind.

Since late 70's when I was a little boy and started undertanding football. I dare you to find something to trash about the Steelers organization. It is a model of what every team should strive for.

At that point Dabo walks in and tries to close the deal. "Marquez you know you can't keep the jersey because of the NCAA (insert lil' laugh)" Turns to JS "Coach Scott show the North family the video for what we have planned"(Similar to how we got James Davis back in 06.

Hood commented in another thread that he spoke to some scouts who said another year wouldn't help his draft status. No reason to come back re his pro prospects. Only reason would be personal goals. If it were me, I'd tell him thank you very much for all you've done for Clemson; no go make us proud and make yourself some $$$$.

How could Nuk improve his draft status? The reason he isn't
Jan 9, 2013, 10:26 AM
[ in reply to He shouldn't leave unless he is a sure 1st rounder and he's ] |

projected 1st round is his 40 time. That's not going to change. It's also unlikely he will be able to put up better numbers on the field next year with a healthy Sammy back, and all of our other experienced depth at WR.
I just don't see how it makes sense for him to come back, besides pure loyalty to the team.
