They had a standing offer for years that they have never accepted. So I dont know if its new or just the same ole stuff that is years I lived near ND for years. They are not joining a conference. It is a point of pride with them. I dont think this current stuff will change it.

Mo, what difference does it make where I heard it? I was asking a question, not stating a fact. But if you must know, it was on a video, not a news article. That West Virginia guys video channel. This video says (Dennis Dodd says) ND wants to stay independent. The concern I have for the ACC is the discussion about the PAC12 and Big12 merging. That would take out teams that could boost the ACC.
