You just have to laugh to help from crying

Nov 18, 2014, 12:11 PM

Dabo is a really high integrity guy and there is a part of me that respects him for starting Cole on Senior Day- especially for all Cole's time and effort in the program.

That said - he just makes himself look like an idiot AND he absolutely drives me bat #### crazy with his justifications on how Cole is our best option.

Every game that Cole plays the rest of the team has to play its absolute best ball to compensate not only for what Cole does not do to help the team but for what he is now more likely to do to actually aid the opponent.

There is now absolutely zero doubt in my mind that Dabo places more value on tenure and loyalty than he does talent (at least with the QB position) unless his hand is forced (as it was by DW's early season performance).

You just hit the nail on the head.

When Cole is playing, the rest of the team has to play it's absolute best. Dang, Dabo sure is sneaky.

You would have to be completely clueless to not see that the offensive problems lies far beyond the quarterback. These 'fans' who gripe the most really are showing their ignorance of the game. I watched several NFL game sunday and every team that had poor blocking had a poor passing game. Some great qb's even threw multiple ints!
