Went fishing today - "don't ask" if it was a "Spud type day". Spud®
Rare day for me to get out as right now my life is complicated.

Well it actually was a "Spud type day" as what Spud don't share often it that on every day he does not pull in a lunker, but every day is a great day.
He understands fishing better than us/me/you.

Dabo is similar to Spud.
He understands football and how to have a great day better than guys like me or you.

Underestimate SPUD or DABO only if you are better at the game, or if you are a coot/idiot.

Probably so but that Osprey's life depends on fishing and Tug's life depends on Beer and music and bird watching. so there's that.....

might make a thousand casts and not get a bite...NOT ONE. But, maybe it is a day you roll up on an Osprey tangled in braided line that some peckerhead cut off and tossed in the water...and you risk injury by taking hold of the bird so you can clip the line free.....or you see a Bald Eagle on Lake Russell...or have an otter swim circles around your kayak....

Fishing around Pawleys Island today myself, inlet fishing. Didn’t catch much but it was a beautiful day!
