At first several attempts, at checkout I kept getting something like "invalid payment method" I had to back all the way out to My Profile (drop down under my name in upper right), go into my payment methods and Enter/Save my credit card info there. (Mind you, the same CC I was attempting to use previously, unsuccessfully). Then when I went back through the pledge process & out to the final contribution checkout page, it 'accepted' that CC as payment.

IPTAY has had a bad website since 2006.

Every year when I renew, something goes wrong.
This year (so far) the payment method gives me an error, like others are saying.

Last year, it wouldn't let me submit my ticket request on any browser or any device.

Crazy that the front door for people to give money is difficult to walk through. Is anyone doing quality control from a fan perspective?
