Year? I sure hope we have figured out how to stop a running quarterback. That hurt us in last couple of games last year. I think the offense is going to be good. I saw a video with Ellington bench pressing and he looks 20lbs heavier. Lets just pray he doesn't get hurt. Ready for football season GO TIGERS!

yeah, i kind of have some of the same concerns: running quarterbacks, the option, our linebackers, d-line, and opposing receivers getting behind our secondary. but I think we have enough talent to be good so hopefully we will figure out the problems we had last year

One of the main reasons Dabo wanted venables was because he shared our basic defensive philosophies. Like a 4-3 base with an emphasis on linebackers, gap integrity, ect... My take on all of this is that our base formation is not changing, but hopefully our players wont look lost out there anymore.
