booed Obama. If this is true, and that was hurtful to him, I don't blame him. HE wasn;t asking much. Not asking for Clemson fans to support Obama or vote for him, but just why have a chorus of boos for him. I was actually waiting for something like this to happen. I hope this doesn't create a domino efffect.

new recruits in the endzone...they got to the part about "I will obey the orders of the President of the United States," and there was a chorus of boos. It was distasteful, especially on Military Appreciation day. Just the mention of the Constitution practically got a standing O, and in the next second, those same folks were booing the title of President. That's terrible, and those people should be ashamed of their ignorance and stupidity. Sadly, I'm sure they won't be.

Many people consider Obama a domestic enemy; therefore they cannot obey his orders. He has had a reckless disregard for the constitution, so I definitely see their point.
If a DE decommits due to that, we he doesn't belong. It's called freedom of speech. Personally, any decent defensive player could step in and play immediately. Why wouldn't they come?

People need to respect the office. Freedom of speech, but also freedom if a player is offended by it (although I don't believe the VT board).

It was the timing of the booing. Those kids were in the middle of taking the oath to defend our country. While our current president will never get my vote, the attention should have been on the kids enlisting. A lot of the booing came from the student section. Complete ignorance.
