With the condition that Mr. Wooden brought his bagman with him.

In a similar landscape>the LA car dealerships that were directly responsible for UCLA's recruiting success during the Wooden Eraunder the same NCAA rules framework as the Wooden Era and the NCAA turned a blind eye as they did during the Bruin dynasty-Yes

The answer is no as we saw with Tates Locke the NC2A would not let Clemson enjoy the same advantages as UCLA, UNC or other name brand schools

Sure, if he could have all of the players he recruited.

Yes, as long as he had Lou Alcindor or Bill Walton with him.

If he brings Lew Alcindor and his bunch, and then Bill Walton

and his bunch, then he wins at Clemson just like he did at UCLA. He was fielding teams literally stacked with future NBA players, for years on top of years. If you did not live in that time, you would not believe it.
Breaking that dynasty is what made David "Skywalker" Thompson and N.C. State's run to a Championship in 1974 that much more improbable.
I think you can safely say that UCLA's streak of winning 10 NCAA Men's basketball championships in a 12 year period is one of those records that will NEVER be broken. Or even approached. The era of the "one and done" assures that it won't be.

That game of Thomson vs Walton was one of the best ever.

recruiting disadvantages at Clemson compared to UCLA. I think a lot of those disadvantages no longer exist or are not nearly as impactful, so a great coach like Wooden could definitely win big at Clemson now, without a doubt.

Nope. Remember great players make great coaches not the other way around. I could take 5 5 stars and play against the greatest coach in history and if he only had 2 and 3 stars would absolutely destroy them.
