ANY win in Greensboro is a good one. Especially when our leader is flying on one wing.

I hate that we had to come off the deck like that to beat Tech. But I love the fact that we did. Talk about a fine time to fold your tents...but the guys refused to do so.

What will tonight bring? Who knows? I'm going to savor an upset or stand with the guys in defeat. We didn't come this far to say "Same old Clemson."

Because this, clearly, is NOT the same old Clemson.

This is CLEMSON. Making FREE THROWS to win an ACC Tournament game.

I hope people understand how remarkable that win was, no matter who we beat and no matter how pretty or ugly it was.

....you need to take into consideration who we were playing...usually when we are in the ACC or conference games in NC, we get hosed pretty bad by the referees, as the fix has always been in for the Tobacco Road crowd...we were playing GT so meddling in the outcome of the game by the officials was not necessary...some of you older guys probably remember how the referees used to have 3 fouls on Tree Rollins before the 10 minute mark in the first half, whether it was Greensboro, Raleigh, Winston or Durham....Smith, Rat Face and Sloan saw to it. We had only one fair shake in Greensboro in my lifetime and that was when Greg Buckner beat UNC in the tourney one Friday night. I believe you will see a serious about face in the officiating tonight, as we already beat Duke once and can match up with them...I hope I am wrong

I agree. The ACC would love nothing more than for Dook to win the tourney and get into the #1 seed talk so expect them to get all the help they need and some more. But hey, that's a normal Dook basketball game and we beat 'em once so it can be done
