not incentivize coaches for creating a good culture and keeping their team together. After enough players get left out in the portal they will realize it isn't the easy way out they think it is.

Or look at it another way. All of these schools taking portal players and rebuilding team chemistry yearly are leaving schools like Clemson more opportunity to take the 4 and 5 stars out of high school. Talent is talent.

Bad idea. Schools can take more HS recruits or dip in the portal for replacements.
