and an injection of a huge freshmen class I'm looking forward to seeing the DBs this year.

Watch film from 2011, Jenkins as a SO was an underrated player. Look for him to make some noise as well.

I do expect a healthy Breeland to keep his starting CB spot.

Peters played well in place of Robinson at the en of the year lets not forget him. Alexander is a great talent but he's gonna need that work ethic with this DB group. Who's in line for the other safety spot?

situation is a smith/gheoghan battle and Kearse will focus on Nickel the way Blanks did his Fr year.......

I find that odd because we were strapped for DBs and needed Blanks at Nickel last year, but with Jenkins back he should start at Nickel. I'd let Kearse battle for the other S spot.

Now before anyone says "let the coaches coach" I think the MAJORITY agrees Blanks move to fulltime S was a game short of a season late.

Kearse to nickel is confusing. Let Jenkins take that

Kearse's height will be a huge boost for the safety spot becuase of how difficult it'll be to throw the ball over his head.

Besides CB position, I think he could be a great kick return guy also. Much like Justin Miller.

guys like Bellamy who couldn't handle being a college athlete.

Seems like a hard worker, though, so the confidence could be great if channeled correctly.

He should really get to know Travis Blanks!
TB is a fine young man with talent, commitment and humility.

And the two of them playing together in the secondary is going to be special!
