Wins will be vacated. The NCAA is going to make an example of them. The investigation is going fast too. It is easy for a team to look good when you know the opposing reams plays.

I can see it, but barely. NCAA does usually drag #### out for years. You can tell they're trying to move fast, at least by their standards.
Be interesting how much Harbaugh can himself dodge, and still safely throw others under the bus, acting like he didn't know....

He may be trying to get fired. He has flirted with the NFL the last couple of years. Maybe doing stupid tacky tack things that are against the NCAA rules but not egregious enough to spook off NFL teams is his plan to get out of Michigan.

Not sure I have an issue with what Michigan did. If a team is stupid enough to not change signals game to game, they deserve to lose. Just observing that doesn't cross any lines for me.
Belicheat is a different matter. He put microphones in the visitor's locker room, among other things. That is way beyond the line.

I’ve wondered about this general idea though- in the NCAA tournament when the camera shows other players/coaches in the stands stick watching the other games, is this not a violation simply because it’s the post season?

to learn entirely new signals every week. They would spend as much time doing that as practicing football, and there would likely be frequent confusion resulting in busted assignments and players running the wrong plays.
That doesn't sound appealing to me at all.
