Because he redshirted already and was a redshirt sophomore this year he'll be a junior next year wherever he plays. He'll have to petition the NCAA for an additional year of eligibility. It is rare that the NCAA approves the request but it has been done. Good luck to Tucker and GO Tigers.

Actually his redshirt year was due to injury as was last year. So he could get a medical 6th year
|

Is he still part of the program until he graduates?
Will he take part in spring drills?
At what point does his scholarship open? Fall 2018?

I believe he's left the program and will officially transfer after graduation in May. His scholarship will most likely still be honored but won't count toward the 85. It will be available to use for anyone to enroll in the summer, either way.

I just hope he really gets, and stays, healthy. He has had some bad breaks there, and he is due for some good fortune, playing wise. He was a very gifted player coming in. I imagine he will be quite a nice addition to the program he chooses.

Most efficient passer on our team. But, TL is coming, and I honestly believe he will set records at Clemson---if we can find anybody willing or able to block for him.
