Always liked Danny Ford. His comments about Clemson and the SEC..

Danny Ford is a smart guy. Always liked him and his blue collar appeal. Liked him better than Dooley, to be honest. Dooley was an elitist. Danny started out recruiting him and I can see why.
Ok, it would be fun. No doubt.
A LOT OF FUN!!!
But, as Larry Munson so accurately said, “You only go as far as your schedule allows you.”
Playing from the tips in golf sounds good, but it is a lot easier playing up...

Again, UGA has conference games against roosters, Vandy, UK, Mizzou, Gators and Vols, the ACC Atlantic is a better league. We left the game against the Dawgs with health intact - NCState put 4-5 of our guys out for several weeks and Bresee out for the year. Tell me who is more physical.

lose the one tough game on your conference schedule during the conference championship game and still get in the playoff as a 2 seed than it is to run the table on any power 5 conference. Don't know how this hasn't sunk in with SEC fans. Just don't lose the games you're supposed to win and don't get blown out in that one game that's a toss up.

Yea playing in the East I figured you all may have a couple more SEC championships but I guess the gauntlet had you guys worn down. Amazing how Bama never seems to have a problem in the SEC.

And, I think Clemson would be a great addition to the league athletically and academically. I’ve always felt that way.
Can you IMAGINE the atmosphere in Death Valley for these conference games?
Hope it does happen.

Yep, I think the atmosphere would be great at DV for most games if we get in the SEC. It won't change atmosphere for usuc's game much and not sure about Vandy, Kentucky, Mizzou etc.. Fingers crossed it happens.

True. Why not win national championships from where we are? Still gotta play Alabama at the end of the season anyway. Done it before, we’ll do it again.
Question is resource imbalance, and that’ll get addressed on way or the other.

Go away mutt!!! Clemson won 2 Natty’s in very strong years snd took dien 2 Skavsna teams that you called DADDY. The little mutts won by the skin of their teeth against a WAY down Clemson team and won the title in what everyone knows was a really DOWN year in college football. Also the coach that got mutty there was DC and he’s gone. Krubby NOTSmart ain’t ever winning anything without a dominant coach that has a CLUE because he does not!!!! Really stings.
Kirby has been known to flip recruits so I would not completely count dawgs out.
But, it is hard to turn down Alabama. Definitely a top 2 program.
