He became the best backer on the field in my opinion better than Carter and Woodaz. You wonder if he had been on the field could he have brought down Sellars and would have won.

100% correct. He's better than a hurt Mafah and he's better than our current #2. I've posted that point several times. Dexter McCleon played both ways and was switched to QB for the last two games of the year in 1993 to beat Virginia and USC in Columbia. They fired Coach Hatfield right after win (he was a miserable recruiter) but he was smart enough to get the ball in his best players hands for his final two wins. The days of moving your best around to get them on the field seem long gone at Clemson. Probably too complicated now.

Someone should tell Dabo and porkchop how good he is and that he is a far better and faster linebacker than Woodaz. It is inexcusable and maddening that he was on the sideline when the game was on the line . What’s worse is that I have yet to hear Dabo admit that it was a mistake to not have him in . Makes you wonder if he is really that clueless . Game after game all year we have watched some real head scratching coaching blunders from this staff
