lose to Wake, Louisville, Florida State and South Carolina will be a toss up. We will beat Connecticut.


I think if we beat South Carolina we finish 6-6, if we lose to South Carolina we will be 5-7.


If we surprise one of Louisville, Florida State and Wake, we will be 7-5 with a win over S.C. and 6-6 with a loss to South Carolina. DJ is not as good as Cole Stoudt and he doesn't havev the receivers Stoudt had, nor the line. And there is no Deshaun Watson to come back from injury. 2014 was a 10-4 team that beat Oklahoma in the bowl 40-6. This will not be a 10-4 team. I am hoping they will reach 6-6 like the 2015 team, but not sure they will.

But things got better after that. As long as the right moves are made, we will fine. Dabo looked really, REALLY, disgusted at the end of the game. He’s falling on the sword for his staff now, but there’s only so much more losing he can tolerate. Looks like he’s about to reach his breaking point.

I love Dabo and never would trade him for anyone. He is a Clemson legend. He IS Clemson football and our brand. But he put himself in this situation with his poor hires on the offensive staff and his bullheaded stubborn attitude toward roster management and the portal. After the clock ticks down in the bowl game this year we will know soon enough whether he does the right thing and makes wholesale changes, or becomes Bobby Bowden 2.0 about 25 years younger. I really believe this is an either or situation. I think he does it.
