Probably will never get a win against Clemson. He will not be there long enough for us to have a letdown.

I don't think so. We are winning in Columbia this year short

of a major meltdown. Then we come back to Death Valley next year with the best QB in college football, maybe ever. We will have umpteen 1st rounders with experience on both sides of the ball, AT HOME. That will be #7. No way the coots will stick with Muschamp if he is still non-undefeated against Clemson.(I wonder if the board coots can decipher that one) And if he loses to TAMU and Kentucky this year, they will be looking at 3 teams shooting for 7 in a row...If the coots pull the trigger then, they will be starting over, lose a years recruits...AND 10 IS CLEARLY IN SIGHT...

Mustcramp is asked to not have another 63-0 like in 2019 . He fails when they lose 77-0 to two time Heisman winner T Law and the rest of the Elite Tiger men.

Don't forget about UGA, as they are looking to give UofSuc the THUMB this year. If they lose to TAMU and Kentucky and UGA, then they will have 4 teams with FIVE or more wins in a row against them. They might need to shut that program down or look for another conference to play in.

Right on, Spud! I think the same thing. Interesting part is, the next guy won't do squat, either, so the cycle continues until this old Tiger probably has left the planet and has the best view ever.

hinges on beating us. If he has success in the SEC, he will survive without beating us. They are so hungry for ANY success right now, that this will be the case. He might blow an artery losing to us 10 in a row, though.

Interesting that you think we're going to have an "off year". I almost want to agree with you since we had so many first rounders to the NFL, but our O is going to be off the charts.

And Hootie and the Blowfish.
That should be enough in Columbia. It’s not like they have unrealistic goals of giving us a competitive game, or finishing better than 4th in the SEC East. They are realists.

No, and your question made me curious

When Spurrier left them, he was 6-4 vs Clemson. By quitting mid-season, he avoided dropping to 6-5. Is he the only SCU head coach with a winning record vs Clemson? I wonder if that had anything to do with him leaving when he did. If he had finished 2015 and coached one more season, his winning record would be gone, and you know he saw it coming. Any chance he is that shallow, that he left because he wanted that distinction? He had good teams, but nothing much to show for it.
Just a thought.

SCAR had a few other coaches who had winning records vs us, but you have to go back to Marvin Bass (1961-1965) to find one.

I'm certain he is "just that shallow", but not sure if that's really why he left. Maybe he just got tired of the smarm, and he is the King of Smarm.

If Muschamp sticks around long enough he may get a win. Just not anytime soon. Besides,if they fire him who are they going to get?
Nobody they're able to hire is going to do any better.
