.... does the problem become Dabo? I'm not stating he's the problem. In fact, I think the issue is with our recruiting, player assessment and unwillingness to use the portal. But if the head coach makes changes at OC, DC and position coaches, and still can't get positive results, he has to start looking in the mirror..

Dabo isn't THE problem but he certainly is part of it. He is smart enough to work his way through this. The question is whether he is humble enough and courageous enough to adapt to change and do what it will take to turn this ship around.

But isn't Dabo involved in the recruiting, player assessment, development, NIL, portal, everything related to the football program? I'm sure he is. He needs to be humble enough to delegate to able coordinators and assistants.
